The naturally-processed version of our medium roast from the same farm. This light roast is on the cleaner side of natural coffees, but it features a stand-out big-bodied fruit medley through the middle of the palate, with a variety of purple fruits (plum, grape, and fig) drawn to a surprisingly clean finish with cocoa powder and raspberry tea. Recommended for pour-over and espresso.
