This light-medium arrives from, FUDAM, an outstanding organic and rain-forest alliance co-op in Nariño, Colombia whose 300 growers work through the foundation to advance sustainable and environmentally-sound production and development. We’ve roasted this washed coffee to the lighter side of medium, and it offers classic Colombian notes of nut dessert, malic and citric acidity, with a delightful cocoa finish. A coffee that should please light-roast and medium-roast drinkers alike. Recommended for all brew methods.
