Our current coffee-flavored coffee—this offering from Ernesto Perez and Givette Perreez Orea of Finca Fatima is an accessible and comforting big-bodied medium roast with notes of chocolate along the entire range from bitter cacao to sweet malted chocolate. With subtle hints of sugary fruit (grape soda!) but minimal acidity this coffee makes an excellent morning cup or crowd-pleasing option. Recommended for all brew methods.
