A coffee tailor-made for fall and winter. This washed Guatemala was grown on the Pulcal Inteligente estate in Antigua and processed at the nearby excellent Bella Vista mill. A crowd-pleaser for light and roast drinkers, the Pulcal is surprisingly fragrant for a medium roast Guatemalan, but the cup really shines with a thick and creamy body, with notes of vanilla and coffee ice cream and candied nuts. Treat yourself on a cold morning.
