Minas Gerais, Brazil Honey

$18.00

Our first Brazilian coffee in a few years is just about everything we’ve missed. A heavy body with a variety of rich nut butters from almond to cashew to peanut butter, dark chocolate and bright banana notes make this roast excellent for a variety of brewing methods, but it shines particularly on French Press and espresso. Play with ratios from 15 to 1 to 17 to 1 to get the spectrum from chocolate, baked goods and nuts to banana and hints of mango.
