We’re so proud to have this coffee from Ben Weiner’s Finca Idealista, part of the Gold Mountain farming group. This one’s a fantastic intersection of a single varietal (Yellow Bourbon) and a mix of processing styles. It’s an elegant, cup with remarkable sweetness, complexity, and a wonderful florality in the cooling cup. On pour over, particularly at high ratios, the Yellow Bourbon concoction can masquerade as a washed, but at lower ratios, and especially on espresso, this coffee pops with remarkable juiciness and bright fruits and berries. Sold in an 8oz bag.
